"Doug is an extremely talented horseman, with a great future ahead. I've enjoyed working with him for the past year. He is an excellent student, open to learn and very focused. Horses like Doug because he rides with feeling. He can be strong and light, depending on the situation."

Anne Kursinski - 5 time Olympic Show Jumper

"Overall, my favorite thing about the clinic was that your methodology was SIMPLE. You did not condescend or talk down to anyone, you gave us exercises that we could not only do under your guidance, but that we could replicate after our lesson and integrate into our training. I absolutely commend you on how you treat lower level riders the same way you treat your own upper level riding colleagues - it says a lot about a person when they teach every rider with respect and courtesy, while still pushing comfort zones without sending riders into a panic."
